When placing an order with us, you are accepting our terms and conditions as detailed here. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any point without prior notice.

 

Orders can be placed via our Facebook / Instagram page(s), via our email address or over the phone. We will then provide you with a written quote for the items that you have requested; including any delivery or postage costs.

 

We provide free delivery to any UK Mainland Post Code; with the following exceptions: 

 

ISLE OF WIGHT: Free delivery is provided for orders valued at £2000+VAT or higher. Otherwise a delivery charge of £80+VAT will apply. 

 

SCOTLAND: For orders valued at £2000+VAT or higher, free delivery is provided. Otherwise, the following delivery charges apply: 

 

Post Code Area: DG, TD, KA, ML, EH & G 

Delivery Charge: £100+VAT

Post Code Area: PA, FK, KY, PH, DD, IV, KW & AB

Delivery Charge: £150+VAT

 

ISLE OF MAN, IRELAND & NORTHERN IRELAND: Regretfully, we can not currently deliver here.

 

Delivery can take 4-8 weeks on average. As we deliver our own items, where possible, we group deliveries together to keep cost down for all parties. We will endeavour to keep you updated as much as possible; for the avoidance of any doubt, please do contact us if you are unsure.

Assistance may be required at the delivery destination for larger items. All of our items are delivered fully assembled and ready to use in your setting. Where we can, our smaller products are despatched by the most practical courier for the product in question.

 

For delivery to be a smooth process, when ordering, please inform us of any site restrictions that may be in place which may limit access for a large commercial vehicle. On arrival, if delivery is refused and or is required to wait on site before the delivery can be made, then a charge of £70+VAT per 60 minutes of delay may be charged.

 

All of our products are made to order. To protect both parties when placing an order, we ask that a small deposit (or payment in full) is paid to confirm and allow us to commence with producing your order. The remainder of any outstanding balance(s) is required to be paid prior to delivery. If this arrangement is not in line with your working practises, please feel free to discuss your individual needs at the time of ordering. Please note, we accept BACS payments, cheques or Cash, Card payments and or online payments (where necessary).

 

If you decide that you wish to cancel your order, a full refund of any monies paid may be received if requested within the first 24 hours since the order is placed. If notification is received after the first 24 hours but within the first 48 hours, then any monies above the agreed deposit will be refunded. At this stage, the deposit amount will not be refunded.

 

We request that you contact us immediately if you experience any issues with your order at the earliest opportunity. We will do our best to rectify any problems as quickly as possible to reach a satisfactory conclusion. An after-sales service visit may incur a fixed charge of £70 + VAT if it is found that the item has not been used in line with expectations or has been damaged. If parts and or further labour are required to rectify any issues that have failed due to misuse, further charges may be liable. This will be discussed prior to undertaking any such work. Please note, that as our products are handmade to order, we aim to produce our items to a uniform standard. However, on occasion, there may be subtle differences in paint colour, fixings etc. If you are unsure or have specific requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We reserve the right to change our products from time to time. This may be part or full design, fixings and or resources used.

 

We will only use your personal information to process payment and produce your order. We will never pass your information on to third parties. For further information on this subject please contact us with your query
